Job description
Enerlites is a manufacturer of wiring devices, lighting controls, and wireless home automation devices. The company was established in 2007, in Irvine, CA, but we sell both nationally and internationally. We offer over 700 products and supply parts for the residential, commercial, and industrial construction markets. We are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team.
Job Duties
- Safely operates a delivery van to transport and deliver product to customers (normal van).
- Loads and unloads products from van and/or truck manually.
- Operates a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety in tight spaces.
- Prepares and completes orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship).
- Simple packaging and assembling.
- Receives and processes warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, and store).
- Keeps a clean and safe working environment and optimizes space utilization.
- Communicates and cooperates with supervisors and coworkers.
- Operates and maintains preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Follows quality service standards and complies with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years warehouse working experience.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator, and valid certification to operate forklifts is preferred.
- May be required to lift items up to 50 pounds.
- Computer literacy. Familiarity with RF scanning, and NetSuite ERP system is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
